Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the broth over medium heat. Add soy sauce and sesame oil to flavor.
- Bring the broth to a gentle simmer.
- Add the potstickers to the broth and cook until heated through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Transfer to bowls, garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, and serve hot.

- You can use homemade or store-bought potstickers.
- For extra flavor, add sliced mushrooms or bok choy to the broth.
