Instructions

- Mix shredded cheddar, cream cheese, and Parmesan until well combined.
- Roll out biscuit dough and cut into rounds with a cookie cutter.
- Fill each dough circle with a spoonful of cheese mixture and pinch the edges to form a thumbprint.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Remove from oven, fill the thumbprints with hot pepper jelly, and garnish with herbs.
