- 4 croissants, torn into pieces

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Place torn croissants in the dish, sprinkling chocolate chips evenly.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla together.
- Pour custard mixture over croissants and chocolate, pressing down slightly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and set.
- Allow to cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
