Instructions

- In a large bowl, cream together sugar and butter. Add egg, vanilla, and buttermilk, mix until combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing until dough forms.
- Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet, shaping into rounds.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make icing. Drizzle over warm cookies.
