Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded turkey, stuffing mix, cranberries, parsley, sage, salt, and pepper.
- Add beaten egg and melted butter; mix well.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
