- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Unroll crescent dough and cut into triangles.
- Spread a spoonful of cream cheese mixture on each triangle, add a few cranberries.
- Roll up from the wide end to the point to form crescent shapes.
- Place on a baking sheet, brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Can substitute fresh cranberries with dried cranberries soaked in orange juice.
- Best served warm for maximum flavor.
