Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked turkey, bread stuffing, cranberries, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spray the balls lightly with olive oil spray for extra crunch.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
For added flavor, mix in grated cheese or chopped nuts. Serve warm with cranberry sauce or a dipping sauce of your choice.
