- 12 oz (340 g) pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
- 4 oz Boursin cheese (garlic and herb flavor)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add cooked chicken to the skillet, sauté for 2-3 minutes to reheat.
- Lower the heat and stir in Boursin cheese and heavy cream. Cook, stirring continuously, until the cheese melts and the sauce is creamy.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce, toss well to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
Notes
- For a variation, add sautéed mushrooms or spinach to enhance flavor and nutrition.
- Ensure the cheese melts completely for a smooth sauce.
