- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 package prepared pie crust or biscuit dough
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with pie crust or biscuit dough, sealing edges and cutting small slits for steam escape.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
Notes
- You can substitute fresh vegetables for frozen ones.
- For a shorter prep time, use rotisserie chicken and store-bought pie crust.
