  • 2 cups sweet corn kernels
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Additional shredded cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Add corn kernels, chopped green onions, and half of the shredded cheese; mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with remaining shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Garnish with extra green onions before serving with chips or veggies.

Notes
