- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
- Transfer the beef mixture to the crock pot.
- Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir in cooked pasta before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

- Feel free to add chopped bell peppers for extra flavor.
- Serve with crusty bread or a side salad.
