Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  3. Transfer the beef mixture to the crock pot.
  4. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Stir in cooked pasta before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
