Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour marinara sauce over the chicken and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Shred the cooked chicken directly in the slow cooker using two forks.
- Add heavy cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses; stir until melted and combined.
- Cook for an additional 15 minutes on low to allow flavors to meld.
- Garnish with chopped basil before serving hot.
