- 1 (20 oz) package refrigerated tortellini
- 2 cups (480ml) chicken broth
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
- 1 cup (100g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place shredded chicken in the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.
- Add tortellini and mozzarella cheese. Stir to combine.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes until tortellini is tender and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen tortellini for best results.
- You can substitute cooked chicken with rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
