- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cups baby potatoes, halved

Instructions
- Place chicken breasts and potatoes in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, combine garlic, Parmesan, heavy cream, olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture over chicken and potatoes.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
- Serve hot garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle extra Parmesan and fresh herbs before serving. You can also add vegetables like green beans or carrots for variety.
