- 8 oz spaghetti or your preferred pasta
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta back into the pot, tossing to coat evenly in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can add cooked chicken or sautéed mushrooms for extra protein.
- Adjust cream and cheese amounts for thicker or thinner sauce.
