Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Remove excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the sauce over cooked egg noodles. Garnish with parsley if desired.
