- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and Parmesan, stirring until sauce thickens.
- Slice cooked chicken and add to the sauce.
- Toss pasta with the sauce and chicken. Garnish with parsley and additional cheese if desired.
Notes
- Use fresh Parmesan for the best flavor.
- Adjust cream for a thinner or thicker sauce.
