- 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 package (16 oz) gnocchi
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 medium onion, diced

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for another minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Stir in gnocchi and cook until they float, about 2-3 minutes.
- Reduce heat and stir in shredded chicken, heavy cream, thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
