- 1 pound spaghetti
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook spaghetti until al dente; drain.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic, and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper; simmer until slightly thickened.
- Mix cooked spaghetti with the cream sauce. Add cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with extra cheese if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can add cooked chicken or bacon for extra flavor.
- For a crispy top, broil for the last 2 minutes.
