- 12 oz cheese tortellini

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken slices; cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and red pepper flakes; cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth and heavy cream; bring to a simmer.
- Add tortellini and butter; cook until tortellini is tender and sauce thickens, about 8 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley before serving.

- You can substitute chicken with shrimp or vegetables for variation.
- Adjust spice level by increasing or decreasing red pepper flakes.
