- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into strips
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Optional: chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss chicken strips with half of the sweet chili sauce and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- After chicken is cooked, add Brussels sprouts to the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes until caramelized and crispy.
- Serve chicken drizzled with remaining sweet chili sauce and garnished with cilantro alongside Brussels sprouts.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less sweet chili sauce.
- For extra crunch, broil the Brussels sprouts for 2 minutes after air frying.
