Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into strips
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional: chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss chicken strips with half of the sweet chili sauce and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
  4. Meanwhile, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. After chicken is cooked, add Brussels sprouts to the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes until caramelized and crispy.
  6. Serve chicken drizzled with remaining sweet chili sauce and garnished with cilantro alongside Brussels sprouts.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less sweet chili sauce.
  • For extra crunch, broil the Brussels sprouts for 2 minutes after air frying.
