Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Stir in grated carrots, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until combined.
  4. Fold in chopped walnuts.

  7. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and butter until creamy, then add powdered sugar and mix until smooth.
