- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter to make the crust. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch square baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Mix in sour cream and chocolate chips.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 40-45 minutes until set. Let cool completely.
- Optional: Drizzle with chocolate syrup and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
