Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- Melt butter and chocolate chips together, then stir in sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour and cocoa powder. Gradually fold into chocolate mixture.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream evenly over cooled brownie layer to create a creamy mousse layer.
- Chill for at least 2 hours. Top with melted chocolate glaze and dust with cocoa powder before serving.
