Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk and egg until combined.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in chopped apples.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat.
- Spoon batter into hot oil, forming small bites.
- Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
