- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 Granny Smith apples, sliced
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a greased 9-inch square baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream. Pour over baked crust.
- Arrange apple slices on top of the cheesecake mixture and bake for 40–45 minutes, until set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving and garnish with extra apple slices and caramel.

- Use fresh apples for the best flavor.
- Chill thoroughly before cutting for clean slices.
