- 2-3 tablespoons cold water
- 1 cup ricotta cheese

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly.
- Add egg and cold water gradually, knead into a smooth dough. Wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
- Roll out dough thinly and cut into squares or circles.
- Wrap dough around cannoli tubes and bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes until golden. Cool and remove tubes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Fill cooled shells with ricotta mixture using a pastry bag or spoon.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve garnished with extra chocolate chips if desired.
