  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp milk or cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and a teaspoon of sugar. Let sit until foamy, about 5-10 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, remaining sugar, and salt. Add yeast mixture, melted butter, and eggs. Knead until smooth and elastic.
  3. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
  5. Divide dough into small balls. Roll each in cinnamon sugar and layer in the bundt pan.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Mix powdered sugar with milk to make glaze. Drizzle over warm bread before serving.
