- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar (1/2 cup sugar + 1 tbsp cinnamon)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2-3 tbsp milk or cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and a teaspoon of sugar. Let sit until foamy, about 5-10 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, remaining sugar, and salt. Add yeast mixture, melted butter, and eggs. Knead until smooth and elastic.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
- Divide dough into small balls. Roll each in cinnamon sugar and layer in the bundt pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Mix powdered sugar with milk to make glaze. Drizzle over warm bread before serving.

- Ensure milk is warm but not hot to activate yeast.
- Use fresh yeast for best results.
