Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 package store-bought pie crusts (or homemade)
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare apple filling by mixing sliced apples, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
  3. Roll out pie crusts and cut into small circles using a cookie cutter or glass.
