Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, whisking until stiff, glossy peaks form.
- Gently fold in vanilla extract and lemon juice.
- Spread the meringue mixture into a circle on the parchment paper, creating an even layer.
- Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, then turn off oven and let cool in the oven.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Top the cooled meringue with whipped cream and freshly sliced fruits.
- Garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

- Dont open the oven during baking to prevent cracking.
