- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- Optional: sea salt for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until slightly golden; let cool.
- Spread sweetened condensed milk over the cooled crust.
- Warm the caramel sauce; pour evenly over the condensed milk layer.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
- Spread chocolate chips over the pecans, then melt in the oven for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
- Spread melted chocolate evenly, then refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
Notes
- Chill bars before slicing for clean cuts.
- Optional to sprinkle sea salt for a sweet-salty flavor.
