A rich, sweet dessert bar layered with chocolate, caramel, and pecans, perfect for parties, holiday gatherings, or a special treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • Optional: sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes until slightly golden; let cool.
  4. Spread sweetened condensed milk over the cooled crust.
  5. Warm the caramel sauce; pour evenly over the condensed milk layer.
  6. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
  7. Spread chocolate chips over the pecans, then melt in the oven for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
  8. Spread melted chocolate evenly, then refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
