- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, and eggs until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fill donut molds about 3/4 full with batter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until donuts are golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let donuts cool slightly, then toss in cinnamon sugar before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute apple sauce for oil for a healthier option.
- Serve with a drizzle of caramel or cream cheese frosting for an extra treat.
