Ingredients

- 1 lb (450 g) thinly sliced beef sirloin
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 orange carrot, julienned
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine sliced beef with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned, about 3–4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot, stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 4–5 minutes.
- Return beef to skillet. Add remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss to combine and cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute other vegetables like snap peas or mushrooms.
- Adjust sauce quantities for more or less flavor as needed.
