- 1 large head of green cabbage
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Carefully peel cabbage leaves, trimming the thick stem at the base of each leaf.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, cooked rice, chopped onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place a spoonful of filling onto each cabbage leaf and roll tightly, tucking in the sides.
- Arrange cabbage rolls seam side down in a baking dish.
- Pour tomato sauce over the rolls and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes or until cooked through and tender.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

- You can substitute ground beef with turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
- For a vegetarian version, use seasoned lentils or mushrooms instead of meat.
