- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken, cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic, stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add bell peppers, carrots, and green onions; cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Stir in cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper; toss to combine and heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
