- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and add marinara sauce, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Remove chicken, shred with two forks, and return to the crockpot.
- Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, stir until melted and creamy.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving. Enjoy!
