- 1 package (8 oz) crescent roll dough
- 1 1/2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough and arrange in a ring on the baking sheet, with the tips overlapping slightly.
- In a bowl, mix shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, thyme, and cheese if using.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Fold the outer edges of the dough over the filling and tuck under the ring edges to seal.
- Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until dough is golden and cooked through.
- Slice and serve warm, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to add chopped green onions or walnuts for extra flavor and crunch.
- Serve with extra cranberry sauce on the side for dipping.
