Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and arrange in a ring on the baking sheet, with the tips overlapping slightly.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, thyme, and cheese if using.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Fold the outer edges of the dough over the filling and tuck under the ring edges to seal.
  6. Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden finish.
