- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk with sugar. Let sit until foamy, about 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, minced garlic, and melted butter. Add yeast mixture and knead until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down the dough and divide into 12 equal pieces. Shape into rolls and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the rolls and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy warm!
