- 8 oz noodles
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat sesame oil and cook chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar to the skillet, stirring to combine and create a sticky glaze.
- Return chicken to the skillet and toss with the sauce.
- Add cooked noodles, tossing to coat evenly.
- Serve garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Notes
- Adjust honey and soy sauce for sweetness and saltiness.
- Cook noodles al dente to avoid over-softening.
