- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Puff pastry sheets or biscuit dough
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Cut puff pastry or biscuit dough into squares, about 3 inches each.
- Spoon a small amount of beef mixture onto the center of each square, then fold and seal to form a ball.
- Place the bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg if desired for golden crust.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Serve with dipping sauces if preferred.

- Use refrigerated puff pastry for easy prep. You can also use homemade dough.
