  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Puff pastry sheets or biscuit dough
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
