Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, combine almond flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip zucchini fries into beaten eggs, then coat with the seasoned almond flour mixture.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the coated zucchini fries in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dip.
Notes
- For extra crunch, try panko breadcrumbs instead of almond flour.
- You can also add grated Parmesan for richer flavor.
