- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (preferably buffalo style)
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, hot sauce, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper to create the sauce mixture.
- Dip chicken strips into the sauce, then coat with bread crumbs.
- Place coated chicken strips on the prepared baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through, flipping halfway.
Notes
- Adjust hot sauce for desired spice level.
- For added crunch, sprinkle extra bread crumbs before baking.
