- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups corn kernels
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon cumin

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook ground beef until browned. Remove excess fat.
- Add chopped onions and garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Stir in corn, black beans, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped cilantro.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey for beef for a leaner option.
- Adjust chili powder to spice level as desired.
