- 1 pound Italian sausage

Instructions
- Brown sausage in a skillet, then transfer to the slow cooker.
- Add diced tomatoes, chicken broth, onions, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well, cover, and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Add tortellini in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese.
