Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in pumpkin purée and diced tomatoes, then add oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes to blend flavors.
- Serve over cooked pasta and garnish with fresh herbs or Parmesan cheese.
Notes
Use fresh pumpkin or canned pumpkin purée for best flavor. Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve with a side of crusty bread or a simple salad.
