Instructions
- Layer sponge cake or ladyfingers at the bottom of a large glass bowl.
- Top with a layer of mixed fresh fruits.
- Pour vanilla pudding or custard over the fruits.
- Repeat layers as needed.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with mint leaves and berries.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
