- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place beef pieces into the slow cooker.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs; cook until fragrant.
- Pour garlic butter mixture over beef in the slow cooker. Toss to coat evenly.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until beef is tender.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce before cooking.
- Serve with steamed vegetables, rice, or mashed potatoes.
