- 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds or chopped nuts
- Optional toppings: chia seeds, coconut flakes
Instructions
- Line a baking dish or a silicone mold with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey until well combined.
- Pour the yogurt mixture into the prepared dish, spreading evenly.
- Evenly distribute berries and nuts over the yogurt layer.
- Gently press toppings into the yogurt.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Slice into bars or break into pieces. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
