Instructions
- Preheat skillet with olive oil over medium heat.
- Sauté peppers and onions until tender, season with salt and pepper.
- Add sliced beef, cook until browned, then remove from heat.
- Lay out tortillas, distribute beef mixture evenly, top with shredded cheese.
- Roll tightly, secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and rolls are crispy.
