- 1 package frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Arrange frozen tater tots on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with shredded cheese and bacon.
- Return to oven for 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Top with sliced green onions and a dollop of sour cream before serving.
Notes
- You can add jalapenos or jalapeno cheese for extra spice.
- Serve immediately for optimal crunch.
